Ravyacha uttapa Recipe
Ingredients
Rava(Fine sooji)-500gm
2 finely cut Onins
2 fnely cut Tomatos
11/2 cup buttermilk
11/2 cup water
5-6 chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon garlic paste
Salt (as per taste)
3 tablespoon chopped coriander
1/2 cup oil
Method
1.Mix Rava with water and buttermilk and keep aside for min 1/2 hour.
2.After 1/2 hour add all above the ingrediands in rava batter.
3.Heat the non-stick tava and pour oil on it.
4.Spread the batter evely over tava and cover it with lid.
5.When it turns to golden brown from bottom turn it mut now dont cover it.
6.Serve it hot with green chilli chutney
